Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 Oct 2026
This policy explains how Digital Berries (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through https://digitalberries.online (the “Growth Hub”). We follow the principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, phone, company, budget range and message when you submit a form or subscribe.
- Usage data — if analytics is enabled, anonymised data such as pages visited, device type and referrer.
- Tool inputs — numbers and text you enter into our free tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers. Some tools save recent results in your own browser’s local storage only.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, provide requested services, send newsletters you subscribed to, improve the website and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis & consent
We process enquiry data with your consent, which you give when submitting a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate (for example email and hosting providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing contract.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or erasure of your personal data, and nominate a person to exercise your rights. Email contact@digitalberries.co.in; we respond within 30 days.
